1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("Client"), and Square Comp Solutions Pvt. Ltd., operating under the brand name GRAHAs VR ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the GRAHAs VR Spaces platform and associated spatial web services.
2. Scope of Service & Delivery (SLA)
GRAHAs VR Spaces provides high-fidelity WebAR spatial environments based on the "Managed Ownership" model. Upon initiation, the Client is required to provide relevant 3D assets, branding guidelines, and company information via a secure cloud link.
Turnaround Time (TAT): The project delivery timeline does NOT begin at the time of initial payment. The Service Level Agreement (SLA) timer officially begins only upon the successful submission and internal verification of all required source materials via the SPACES Enterprise Dashboard.
Standard delivery timelines generally range from 3 to 10 business days depending on the selected plan tier. A custom ETA will be determined and communicated following a technical review by our engineering team for complex files.
3. Payment Milestone Integrity
To secure the engineering sprint and initiate platform development, a non-refundable 20% advance commitment is required. Payments are processed securely via our authorized payment gateways.
Final Deliverables Lock: The remaining 80% balance is strictly due upon the client's approval of the staging build. The final deployment of production assets, including the handover of optimized 3D files (.GLB/.GLTF) and the configuration of custom domain mappings, is strictly contingent upon the clearance of this final balance.
4. Authentication & Security Architecture
To ensure maximum enterprise security and eliminate password vulnerabilities (e.g., credential stuffing), GRAHAs VR SPACES utilizes a Passwordless Magic Link infrastructure coupled with Row Level Security (RLS). Authentication is delegated directly to your secure corporate email inbox, mirroring the security standards used by enterprise platforms like Slack and Notion. Access is strictly granted only to the email address registered during the initial onboarding.
5. Revision Boundaries & Final Sign-Off
All enterprise deployments include a strict two (2) round limit for consolidated revisions, manageable via the Live Preview dashboard. Once Final Sign-Off is granted by the client within the dashboard, the project is locked for production deployment. Any further modifications requested after final sign-off is given will require a separate Change Order and additional billing.
6. Intellectual Property & Managed Ownership
Client Assets: The Client retains all intellectual property rights to the raw 3D models, logos, and branding materials provided to us. By submitting these assets, the Client warrants that they hold the legal rights to use and distribute them.
Platform Engine: Square Comp Solutions Pvt. Ltd. retains all proprietary rights, copyright, and intellectual property associated with the underlying AR rendering engine, UI frameworks, and proprietary spatial code. The Client receives a perpetual license to use their compiled instance of the environment without mandatory monthly SaaS fees.
7. Custom Domain & Hosting Support
Upon final payment clearance, clients have the option to map the spatial experience to their own domain (e.g., ar.yourcompany.com). GRAHAs VR provides standard DNS parameter configurations (CNAME/A Records) within the dashboard. Direct management of the client’s domain registrar (e.g., GoDaddy, AWS Route 53) remains the sole responsibility of the client's IT department.
8. Data Security & Retention
Client assets are handled with maximum security. To ensure data protection and adherence to privacy standards, all respective client data, including 3D models and proprietary brand assets, will be permanently destroyed from our secure servers 90 days after the final site hand-off.
AMC Exception: If the client subscribes to the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), their data will be securely retained for the active duration of the contract to ensure uninterrupted business continuity, updates, and support. The AMC is billed annually with auto-renewal, and clients may cancel before their next billing cycle without penalty.
